Rumor: Disneyland Forever going on hiatus?

As everyone should know by now, Disneyland’s Diamond Celebration is sadly coming to an end September 5th of this year. Because of the end of the Diamond Celebration, there is a rumor going around that the “Disneyland Forever” will be going on hiatus. It’s confirmed already that during the Halloween season that the “Halloween Screams” fireworks will be taking place but only shown on Mickey’s Halloween Party dates. Nothing is known for the Christmas season yet but I’m hoping the “Believe in Holiday Magic” fireworks will return.

So what show will be shown on regular park nights after the end of the Diamond Celebration? It’s been said that the “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks will be returning and showing on regular park nights. “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks is a short show, no more than 5 minutes and debuted at Disneyland in 1958. However, the soundtrack is beautiful and includes classic Disney tunes such as: “A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes”, “It’s a Small World”, “Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah” and more. It’s also been said that the “Disneyland Forever” fireworks would continue running during the busy seasons, just like “Remember… Dreams Come True” fireworks for the 50th Anniversary did for over 10 years. Also rumored that the Paint the Night parade will be going down off season as well. Again, these are all rumors. Disney has yet to confirm more.
